Benedicta Apuamah serves as a Project Manager within the ULYSSEUS European University Alliance, supporting cross-institutional collaboration among leading European universities committed to innovation, mobility, and inclusive international education. Based at MCI – The Entrepreneurial School®, she works closely with the mobility team to coordinate and deliver student exchange initiatives, including semester mobility, COIL activities, and Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs). She recently led the organisation of a one-week, in-person BIP involving partners from Germany, Italy, Montenegro, Spain, France, Finland, Austria, and Slovakia.
Drawing on her background in global health, programme management, and international development, Benedicta brings a practice-oriented and socially conscious perspective to academic environments. She currently manages two satellite projects within the Alliance: BOOST-IN (Boosting Success Through Internationalisation) and PATH (Personalised AI Tool for Ethical Career Guidance), both aimed at strengthening student success, innovation capacity, and ethical transformation in higher education.
Through her work with ULYSSEUS, Benedicta contributes to shaping future-focused, inclusive, and globally responsive higher education models that empower students and institutions to navigate complex global realities with purpose and responsibility.
